We are looking to hire 2 Recruitment Consultants to work in our offices in Prince Edward County.
The job:
- Managing candidates: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Develop and maintain your talent pipeline in the long term.
- Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted Consultant regarding market trends and candidate availability.
- Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights.
