Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics project. Our client is a family business active in the manufacturing industry. They have been around for 50+ years now and keep on growing their operations in Canada. This role will be critical to modernize their controlling layer and make the organization more efficient and finance-savvy.
Location: Vaughan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team, consisting of internal and external resources (Microsoft Consultants), to deliver a successful ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics
- Develop and maintain a project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget
- Ensure project milestones are met, deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and risks are managed effectively
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure their requirements are understood and incorporated into the project plan
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate them as appropriate
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change logs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, information technology)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation/migration projects
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a project team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- CPA qualification would be a strong bonus
