Commercial Lines Insurance Broker / Producer

We are hiring for Commercial Lines Insurance Broker to join a top-end brokerage in Toronto.

Context: this brokerage is going through an intense growth phase. They are therefore interested in any type of speciality: construction, marine, transportation, manufacturing, etc. As long as you are passionate about your field and have developed your network, your profile will be highly considered.

We are not hiring any Brokers for this brokerage! We are looking for sales-driven individuals with high ambitions and accountability.

Responsibilities – Commercial Insurance Broker / Producer

• Establish a business development strategy with the players of your market (networking associations & events, digital marketing, cold calling, etc.)
• Negotiation and placement of new business, renewals and remarket
• Follow up with your network of prospects, identify cross-and-upselling opportunities and build a sustainable client base

Requirements – Senior Manager, Data Science

• At least 3 years experience in your vertical 
• Care: we are looking for people who care about their team and clients and are determined to provide the best service.
• Curiosity: people who are genuinely interested in their clients’ business and processes will score bonus point for this role
