We are recruiting for an Insurance Regional Sales Director / Business Development for a well-established financial services company in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new broker partnerships while driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued growth.
  • Market Expansion: Lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence across Ontario, including attending industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Manage high-value opportunities, oversee onboarding of new partners, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience required.
  • 2+ years of external/field sales experience preferred.
  • Experience within insurance or financial services is an asset.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to travel regularly (valid driverโ€™s license required).
